on the road in normandy

A hectic week, out and about, here and there in normandy.   It's at busy times like these that I like to  keep my camera by my side, just in case ...

Today I pulled off a small road leading into the valley to take pictures of this pretty château.  A private home, still lived in, but with gardens and grounds open to the public

Just love the splendour of the long alley of lime trees leading up to the château

Keeping my eyes open and finding everyday beauty .....
one of the things that makes me tick ...
