Ghetto, Gibson and all of my family here in Normandy, join me in wishing you a Happy Christmas and the very best for the new year ahead. A rather kitsch picture we know, but we thought you may not mind a little fantasy in this festive season!
I am taking a few days off from the blog, a time to enjoy family near and far, and remember the most important things in life.

My dog is also suffering the terrible indignity of posing for chrissie photos wearing his Gingerbread man tie :-D ..... and red toe nails.... They really do love it! Just getting them to pose for the photo is the fun bit. I'm sure he'd roll his eyes at me if he could.

My great-grandmother was from Paris and I was named after her. I was fortunate to be able to visit Paris in 2000 but because of health issues have not been able to return.
