I am very excited to announce an August full of giveaways here on the blog. Every Wednesday I shall have something wonderful to be won, that makes five Wednesdays between now and September when you can try your luck.
Each giveaway will run for a week, and the winner announced the following Wednesday.
And by the way, I have one Wednesday still free! If you have an amazing product you would like to promote here just send me an email and I'll see if I can fit you in.
This week I am delighted to be able to offer three lucky winners a place on this wonderful e-course, starting in October.
Creatively made Home has been designed by Tracy Leber of French Larkspur, I'm sure you all know her beautiful photography and sure eye for a great piece of design. I am particularly happy to host this giveaway as Tracy and Jeanne Oliver will be coming to stay in our cottage next September, and I know that their visit is going to be seriously good fun!
With her friends Sara Duckett, Jeanne Oliver, Kimberly Taylor, Jennifer Rizzo Tracy will be running a 5 week course to help you find new creativity in your home
In Tracy's words:
Creatively Made Home is
an all new e-course about creating a home that reflects your heart in
everyday living. It is about inspiring and encouraging you to create
and style a home that you and your family love to live in...
Here is the jam-packed schedule for the course:
* Each week you will have amazing truthful videos from not only the five teachers but other creative women.
*
Each week we will take a room from one of YOU and all five women will
give their suggestions telling you how they would transform the room
with their style.
* There will be 50+ project videos.
These will be incredible videos that include everything from gardening, cooking, gift giving and decorating.
*
There will be written tips from each woman telling you how she starts a
room, picks paint, fabrics, etc. You will learn where to start when
putting your own home together.
* Tons of beautiful house photos from each of the five women.
* Videos that truly reflect what life is like in each of their homes. The stuff that life is really about.
* Each woman will share their own truthful journey about how they started making their home a reflection of their hearts.
* Each person registered will get an easy entertaining e-book to download.
It
will contain go to recipes for beautiful and easy entertaining (they do
go together), photos of table settings that take the stress out of
having people over, favorite drinks and so much more (and their funniest
entertaining story).
* There will be a private Facebook group to connect with other class members.
* There will be a once a week live discussion with one of the teachers!
* You will get printables and pdfs to keep and use again and again.
Can you believe how much fun this will be?! I'll be taking part in the course myself, and I am so looking forward to a little help in brightening up my home.
So here is how to take part in the giveaway:
simply leave a comment below telling me why you'd like to take part in the course.

Please leave a separate comment for each additional entry.

I also shared this fantastic giveaway on Facebook...
ReplyDelete...and on Pinterest...
ReplyDeleteI would like to take part in this course, because in September I move into my own French country home with only a couple of boxes of mostly clothes and books, a 19th century dowry chest, and a Gustavian chest of drawers. Most of my belongings have been given away, and for the first time in my life I will be buying furniture and making the home I want, rather than filling my house with family hand-me-downs (though they're likely to be someone else's hand-me-downs, thanks to brocante shops and leboncoin.fr). :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a totally fabulous giveaway! I'd love to win this, as apart from being completely obsessed with interiors, I read each of these ladies blogs avidly and am seriously impressed with their style and passion when it comes to their homes. To be able to share and learn from their experiences and get in on the chit chat (I LOVE to chat) would be an incredible opportunity.

I already read about this e-course on Tracy's blog. I'd love to take part in this course, so you can put me on the list for this GA. Have an nice day. Here in the Netherlands it is a sunny and warm day. Though we don't have much of them this summer, we're going to enjoy it.

ReplyDeleteI would love to take this course. I desire to apply my own style to my home but struggle with a house full of furniture that was given to me and lots of children's stuff. I would love to find a balance between them all.
ReplyDeleteI posted the giveaway on my facebook page.
ReplyDeleteI also posted on my pinterest board on Home Decorating Ideas.
ReplyDeleteI would love to take part in is amazing give a way. I have many French items and furniture that I have brought back from our house in France which has been in my husband's family for nearly 200 years. After our last trip in 2010, I began doing some minor remodeling to accomodate them - re-doing our son's old room into what he calls a "French Hotel Suite" and opening up our kitchen pantry into more of a "Butler's Pantry". Unfortueatley in Septemeber of last year I had a reoccurance of breast cancer and a vertibrae was fractured by a tumor on my sprine. This required back surgery and many other treatments and set backs. I am finally getting back on my feet and would love some tips on putting these area finally together. Thanks.
ReplyDeletei love to read decorating blogs etc, but sometimes it is difficult to "transform" your own home. I never know where to begin... and would love to learn more! thanks
ReplyDeleteI struggle to figure out how to bring everything together. I just painted my bedroom/bath/closet area in coordinating colors and seem to be stuck there. My home doesn't seem "polished" to me and I've love someone to just point me in the right direction!
ReplyDeleteThis would be a dream come true. I love the possibility of creating a home that reflects my heart and will become a place for others to feel love and warmth!
ReplyDeleteThe timing is just perfect! I am on a roll, so to speak. I am just itching to get things done in my home - but - I need help to make those decisions. I need someone to hold my hand and give me a definitive Yes or what were you thinking! Can't wait for all this. Thanks!! Beth @ groovieb.aim.com
ReplyDeleteInterior design is my passion! Fingers crossed. Also Sharon, I have mailed you a couple of times regarding items in your store with no reply, could you maybe look into it?
ReplyDeleteThanks

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful learning opportunity! Please add my name to the list of hopefuls. I am currently in the process of going through every nook and cranny of my home, and letting go of things not much-loved and used. I would love to know how to display and live with the treasures that are left. It would be like having my own personal stylist if I won this course! Many thanks, and good luck everyone!

ReplyDeleteI love Tracy's blog. And I'd like to take the course because I'm needing some inspiration and help in decorating this home that we left for two years. Since moving back in, I've found that I want things to be different than they were, but I'm having a hard time knowing just how to do that. Thanks, Sharon, for hosting the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI would be honored and oh so very grateful to have my artwork promoted on your blog. I am an inspired fan. Thank you. Carolina Elizabeth

I would love any sorts of help to help me make my home more "us", as we just moved in last year. I have found it hard to focus on any room due to the overwhelming feeling a whole house to decorate.
ReplyDeleteI've also shared it on Pinterest.
ReplyDeleteWonderful idea. I would love to win it as we have just gutted and renovated our home here in Cape Town South Africa and I just love the french effortless way with style. I would love to learn how to make it work for me and to make our home beautiful, warm and inviting.

ReplyDeleteI`d love to take part in this idea. I am lonely as hell and in need of something creative to push me up.tks

What a fantastic giveaway! This would be such a morale booster for me to win this exciting course. My husband passed away several years ago after years of illness due to MS and severe heart problems. For years I felt my home resembled a nursing home. I would be so thrilled to get some new ideas for redecorating my home (from my heart) so that my children and grandchildren could enjoy a new chapter in my life and home with me.
ReplyDeleteok well here goes! I and family live in an old farm house, 1/2 acre with lots of feathers from chickens, hair and mud from 2 pooches, a teen ager, and a most lovely husband. Nothing is even, including the floors, walls, etc. Different flooring in each room, and mish mash of English Irish, and American antiques and some junque thrown all together. I'm in the process of repainting furniture, so the kitchen table has another table on top, upside down. # chairs partially taken apart, well you must get it by now HELLLPP!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous course. I have concentrated so much on my business over the last year, filling every inch with 'work' furniture and bits of junk as my family kindly call it! I have just moved everything over to a barn, sweeping the dusty floors, styling every inch to make the space look pretty. My home has been completely neglected, its time to start again, so this course would be amazing. Crossing fingers!
ReplyDeleteI would really like to take part in this course as i have always had a huge interest in interior design , gardening, table decorating ect. It's always nice to have fresh ideas and to learn something new or to look at decorating in a different way.Always hungry to learn and create!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic giveaway, I would really like to take part in this course as l have always had a huge interest in interior design.

I would love to take part in this course. I struggle with design and would love to learn how to create a warm and inviting home for my family.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a perfect opportunity for someone who dabbles in design or is renovating/refurbishing a home. And guess what? I'm doing just that!! Thanks for this terrific giveaway opportunity.
ReplyDeleteI have a kitchen area and dining nook that I would like to re-decorate. Thank you for the lovely giveaway contest.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like fun and inspiration combined. Builder outside kitchen window as I type, setting up scaffolding. End result will hopefully be an extended kitchen with dining area and an en suite shower room/bedroom upstairs. I'm in deepest Dorset countryside and am aiming for modern country-style with a French twist, and making the most of some gorgeous rural views.
ReplyDeleteCariad
This would be wonderful, just moved to the Texas Hill Country and have a whole new house to decorate!!! I also love your beautiful blog of French life.

Hi Sharon: I had emailed you yesterday about possibly doing a Giveaway with our shop: Provence Rugs. www.provencerugs.com I am hoping you received the email, but I thought I would send it this way too! We would be honored to participate!
ReplyDeleteLibby
As one of your older followers, I have been wishing I could have had this kind of inspiration when I was young and maybe I wouldn't be saddled with so many mistakes. I always thought by now I would have the financial security to start over, but alas, that isn't going to happen. So I really love all the ideas for using items in my home that have been loved and left by others, making them fit in with my old stuff!
ReplyDeleteLinda Warrick
I love Tracey's style! She's been refreshing me for several years, now - such an inspiration! I'd love to hang out for five weeks and talk about home; so.... even though I've been silently following along for several months, now (so glad I've found you!!! =]), this has brought out my first comment!
ReplyDeleteHi Sharon. I am not sure how you will go about choosing which deserving responders will win the chance to participate in such a great e-course. I will just say that looking at the photos from the five very talented designers makes my heart skip a beat-or two!! Every interior speaks directly to own style and point of view: Country Pretty. I would love the opportunity to learn and grow as a designer and a blogger. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHi Sharon,
ReplyDeleteI would very much like to take this course in order to learn new ways to take back what has become nuclear explosion decoration by my dogs. I think with the right techniques I would get such lovely results that they may be awed in to no longer tearing everything apart on sight.... I have a very pretty house, it is about time that the interior be as nice as the exterior.
What timing! I am just getting ready to repaint and decorate my downstairs in my old 120 year old lake home. I am turning 60 soon and would love to de-clutter and slipcover my upholstered furniture and make life simple to have more time to enjoy our grandchildren.
ReplyDeleteI have been enamored with the European -evolved over time- style of decorating. Our oldest son studied in Cann and I fell in love with the beautiful courtyards and parterre gardens (of which I already have incorporated into my yard) and the simple, laid back style- revolving around family- particularly appeals to me.
Thanks for listening,
Sharon P. (same name , seems serendipitous !!!)
I read your Blog everyday I love it- I'm ready to move to France. Very excited about the Giveaway and I hope to win!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
Peggy
I live in a small basic 3(?)bed semi in rural England which is getting boring despite my trying, over the 30+ years I have lived here, to make it interesting. I need to work with what I have rather than spend money (pension income being stretched at best!!!!). Just me and him now so I have the time to spend working things out if inspired. I dream of France but live in Northern England. This giveaway sounds superb.
ReplyDeleteI would absolutely love to take this course! I hope it is not to late to be considered :) I was on vacation and away from my computer, but as soon as I read this post, I couldn't wait to leave a comment.....keeping my fingers crossed :)
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a fantastic opportunity! We've lived in our current home since 1995. I'd like to refresh an area or two, but haven't taken the leap. Our home is modest, built in the late 1930s. Rooms are on the small size, and it's on several levels ~ a challenge in many respects. Thank you for this awesome opportunity. ~ Sarah
ReplyDeleteThis course sounds like so much fun. I love decorating and re-decorating my home and every single one of these ladies homes are amazing so I know I would get a lot of inspiration from this e-course.
ReplyDeleteThank you for this wonderful opportunity. I am in the process of doing over our home and would appreciate any help I can get from these most stylish ladies.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful idea. I spend so much time thinking about my home but can't ever seem to get it to look the way I imagine it can be. I would love to learn how to finally take it to the next level.
ReplyDeleteOMG! I've never entered a giveaway before. Since this will by my first I'm hoping for 'first-timer-luck' cuz this sounds like so much fun!. Been in my house for a number of years now. My master bedroom is super hideous. My inspiration keeps getting lost in the bad geometry of the space. Maybe there will be hope for a beautiful, restful room. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thank you, Ladies. Geena Stobbe gstobbe@sbcglobal.net Sorry, couldn't figure out how to enter this correctly.
ReplyDeleteHi there,
ReplyDeleteI enjoy your blog so much. A little piece of beauty and inspiration everyday. I would love a chance to take this course. I love finding ways to make our home more comfortable, functional but at the same time beautiful. Thanks for this opportunity!
I have dreamed about doing a course in design all my life but as I live in Australia we are so far away from the rest of the world and don't seem to have the same opportunities to pursue this passion. Also the choice of beautiful furniture and accessories here is certainly not as vast and varied as it is in Europe and the US so life can be quite frustrating in finding just the right thing to decorate with. Doing this course would be a dream come true for me as I often look longingly at your beautiful blogs and wish that I could be a part this stylish fraternity. All the best from "Oz".
ReplyDeleteHi Sharon! I just read thru each and every comment so far and it makes me even more excited to be offering this e-course :) Thank you for hosting this giveaway and a huge thank you to everyone for taking the time to enter and leave such heartfelt comments!!!

ReplyDeleteThis sounds like an amazing course. I work in the design industry and when friends come over I have to constantly apologize for the lack of design in my home. It does seem incongruous. But I need suggestions! I'm great at execution but less great at concept!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous offer. I want to participate too. Perhaps during my upcoming visit we can discuss the course with our clients. Many of the ladies on our tour are designers and I am sure will find the weekely class very inspirational.
ReplyDeleteHi Sharon, what a fun class I love interior design and all things French, so this should be great fun to learn some fun things to

ReplyDeleteAlso I thought I would enter today as it is my birthday.
Thank you.

I'd love to win this course because I have a very difficult room to decorate - my tiny kitchen! In the 25 year's we've been here I've never been pleased with it no matter what I do. It really is a challenge! I also hope I could apply what I would learn to the rest of my house. Thank you for the opportunity to win this awesome giveaway!
