  5. I stopped wearing stripes when I was seven for very good reasons! (I had a J-Lo butt before it was cool! LOL! Change it to an all black dress and it's still French, right?

  6. Yes exactly! I noticed this color combination most with my french friends in how they dressed their children. Americans put their children in bright colors or pastels. The french love blue and white stripes and earthy tones for their children with a pop of red. Quintessentially french indeed.
