Happy days, laughter,
all our children under one roof,
three delicious nieces,
a well behaved dog,
good meals gobbled up,
my favourite champagne,
snow, christmas stockings,
charades after lunch,
children who say thank-you,
roaring fires,
little girls on the piano
...........
What are the moments you hold on to?

I hope you enjoyed your holiday dear!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your last week of 2010!

ReplyDeleteDearest Sharon,
ReplyDeleteFor me, I hold on to the memories with my parents around my Christmas table... That was back in Les Pays Bas; too far away now and besides Mom is on kidney dialysis so she can no longer travel. Fortunate to have had her over for six weeks with Dad in October/November of 2005.
Those moments we better frame inside our hearts! That is pure bliss and makes for ever-lasting fond memories by all involved. Even for a well behaved dog!
We instead had a lovely 5-course authentic Italian dinner with our best friends here.
Lots of love and enjoy the beauty of just being TOGETHER as a FAMILY!
